I have worked in below projects in various stages of my career. I was not necessarily in the driving seat in all cases also not all projects were commercial in nature but in all cases I have learned a lot and enhanced my experience by being part of the team.

Fortunately, I was a serving officer in Bangladesh Army when this massive project took place. I was an active member of the project and was responsible for an entire district. Beside my military team I also lead and train a team of around 600 civilian operators. I had the experience of handling massive amount of data (including biometric data) and did their integrity checking, storage, transfer etc. An interesting part of the project was planning for the remotest islands where even electricity was not available.

I was CTO of a software company, which was also one of the oldest Merchant Payment Aggregator of the country. I have designed and implemented a complex payment gateway. Which has the ability to accept any kind of card payments (MFS was not available in that time) also has number of API to integrate in different platforms. I also designed the security system of the gateway which gave me a lot of real life experiences on cyber attack and penetration testing.

Recently, I am working with AIML capabilities to introduce Digital On-Boarding with E-KYC guideline. I have worked with Liveliness detection through AIML. This essentially detects if a live human is present during online registration system.

Another important aspect which was a part of the whole solution is "Anti-Spoofing". This detects if anyone is using a photo or a pre-recorded video for digital self on-boarding. There are many exsiting use cases with AIML which I plan to implement in near future.

All entities are not transitioning to digital space in same pace. Though technology supposed to automate execution of defined processes but sometimes there are cases where suitable API are not available for integration and human interaction becomes a necessity. RPA solves this problem by automating the human activities on a software or app. This increase the productivity in manifold, removes human error and overhead. Recently, I have implemented an in house developed RPA system which have reduced about 80% human interaction for one of our important product delivery channel.

Almost all Two Factor Authentication channels now a days use OTP through SMS. We have experienced that SMS is not very reliable or secure channel in terms of important information delivery and also it costs a lot of money. Since its an unavoidable part of the process, this can effectively disrupt user experience. I am currently developing an alternative solution to OTP delivery system which will effectively address these issues.

Digital channel is no more an accessory of the physical business, something good to have to show progressiveness. It is an essential separate business channel now which holds huge amount of customer data and provide services. Traditional monolithic architecture of software development is no more suitable to provide reliability, scalability and resource allocation. Microservices architecture is the new player to address these requirements. Presently we are migrating our systems to microservices architecture and a few important applications has already been converted successfully.
